Dear Parents/Carers,

Wishing all of you a great week’s holiday – let’s hope the weather stays fine.

Miss Brewer, Mrs England and I had an interesting visit to Sweden, although we missed all of the glorious sunshine. We visited 2 schools, a nursery and a school for 5-11 year olds.

Quite a few parents (probably most of you) are fed up with treating head lice. This seems to particularly a problem in class 2. If we are to eradicate the problem it is vital that everyone carries out regular checks on the whole family.

I expect year 6 are all getting very excited as they prepare for Barton Hall camp. We wish them the best of luck and hope the weather shines for them all.  Please be in school for 09.00 am prompt as we are being picked up first and the coach leaves at 09.15am.
