School council report Autumn 2008 Members: Joe(y6), Georgia(y5), Reece(y4), Ryan(y3), Jacob(Y2), Ellie and Elvis(y1)
The group met every Thursday with Mrs Bendeaux
They have been very busy
- Choosing the charities for the Harvest money
- Sorting toys and golden time equipment for each class
- Choosing the colour for the new class 2 cloakroom
- Making posters to stop people jumping down the stairs
They have made school safer by
- Sweeping up the leaves in the playground
- Carrying out health and safety checks in their classrooms
They have made the school happier by
- Meeting the safeguarding Governor to talk about bullying and rough play.
- Making posters so everyone is quite clear what will happen if they play roughly.
- Putting a worry box in the office, in case people don’t want to tell on their friends.
