Gardening club

Gardening club meets Wednesday after school with Mrs Benarous.

Lots of parents come and help.

Here are some of the things we have done.

• We planted wall flowers
• We planted daffodil bulbs around school
• We made the school much prettier
• We made little tray gardens with other plants
• Some of us planted our grass with cress
• We made egg heads with cress for hair
• We all made Christmas table decorations out of sprayed bits of plants
• We made decorated pumpkins for Halloween
• We cleared up leaves and put them into black bags. We hope they will turn into compost
• We have draw lots of designs for the Tyres

We are getting our own garden  in the field .We will have a green house, water butts, tools and raised  beds Lily’s mum will rotivate it and Leah’s dad is bringing us lots of top soil. We will plant vegetables and things, and then we can ask Mrs Wilding to cook them for our lunch - Connie, Charlie, Jamie and James
